My salesperson was great to deal with as he listened to my concerns and went above his duties to make sure i got what i wanted in a truck, he kept me up to date on everything until i picked it up. the only thing i wish was if the dealership gave a hat or key chain away or items wish the new purchase of a new vehicle. I realize that your dealership is dealing with a lack of staffing as is many businesses but 2 hours is a little excessive for a customer to have to sit in the customer service waiting area. Perhaps I’m incorrect with your staffing issues but I do hope that was the case. Merry Christmas to the entire Staff at Bill Dodge GMC!

I received progress updates on my phone while I waited including a video from the mechanic of the free multipoint inspection he did in addition to the oil change that was performed. I dropped my car off at 7:30 am, drank coffee in the waiting area until they diagnosed the issues and quoted the work necessary to receive a state inspection. Then I was given a shuttle ride home, while another shuttle brought me back later that afternoon when the work was completed. Great service Bill Dodge! See you next time.

Excellent, fast, and very friendly service. I expected the service to take several days, but, the vehicle was ready the next morning. Steve, the Service Manager was very professional and friendly. I've been dealing with Bill Dodge for 30 years and this was the best service I've ever experienced at Bill Dodge or any dealer, and I've bought a lot of cars over the years!

Inconsistent

The Dealership was great to work with, Caleb worked hard to find a truck that check all the boxes I needed. One large negative for GM, not the dealerships issue. Many GM 4X4 truck do not have a 4L transfer case now. A Truck needs 4L Please fix this ASAP. Save the single speed Transfer case for the SUVs.

Not happy with the price I had to pay way to much for the SD card $626.34 at your shop I found them to be around $250.00 on the internet i feal like your company charges to much for the S D card . I will not be coming back to your company to by a car or truck or service a gan. I have had trouble to maney times

It took me three weeks to get an appointment, which is totally understandable. I brought my truck in for a park switch sensor and an oil leak. I dropped it off on a Monday, didn’t hear anything. Tuesday rolls around didn’t hear anything called Tuesday afternoon. Was told I would get a call back as soon as my service advisor was free, never got the call. I called Wednesday morning and was rather agitated because I used the truck as a plow truck and it had snowed, the girl told me she would have someone call me right back, never heard anything I had to reach back out. They changed the park switch sensor and told me that my oil filter had been loose and that was leaking oil. About four days after getting my truck back from Bill Dodge my low oil light came on. Which means they tightened the filter but never even checked the oil level itself. I hate to be one to complain but honestly not a very good experience at the Bill Dodge service center.

They provided me a loaner to do some shopping during a repair that was expected to take two hours. When I returned from shopping after about an hour and a half, I was very pleased to find that the service was already done.

Took less time than estimated. Found an issue and fixed it in record time. Faster than expected.

I purchased mud flaps from Bill Dodge and was advised by the service department that the installation cost would be approximately $35. Based on that information, I scheduled an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I was charged $315 for the installation. This charge was significantly higher than what I was quoted and was never communicated to me in advance. Had I been given accurate pricing information, I would have chosen to have the installation completed elsewhere at a much lower cost. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of transparency and the poor communication regarding this matter.

From the first reach out to driving away in my new car, the whole experience was smooth!

Initially came in to have key finished off and asked if the filter located behind glovebox could be changed. Manual said to remove 4 screws but could only see 2 screws. Guy that did it found a nest and at least 3 dead mice. It was a gross, smelly, nasty mess. Thank God there weren't any live ones!! Also, got a call that a good friend was in hospital dying. This info was conveyed and they got me out of there as quickly as possible. Came back 2 days later as touch screen wasn't showing view I like for radio stations and that was also quickly dealt with. Employees are polite, gracious, knowledgeable and patient. Excellent experience.

My appt was at 8:00. One tire sensor had to be replaced. I didn’t get out of there until 9:45. Your paper work says pick-up at 10:39. Long wait for sensor replacement. And why was I charged for 2 labor charges.

It was a bad experience.Nobody got back to me telling me what was wrong with my vehicle for 7 days I stopped in to find out what was going on. I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes after talking with the guy at the front desk, then I went in and saw him, he told me the same thing. The I went in and spoke with him again. He told me the same thing he didn't know what was going on. So I left, I went back 5 more days later.\n Which was Christmas Eve? You said I needed a Part And would\n I like to order it. I said yes. I needed fixed Which I would've thought he would've called me.\n To discuss this, but I stopped in and he told me then 7 more days.\n He text me and said the truck was ready. So I waited for my truck for about 3 weeks. I'm just thinking if you pay forty seven dollars a day for a truck service would be a little better than that

My service appointment was complimentary because I purchased the extended plan, but an oil change and tire rotation was an hour and twenty minutes. Yes, I was able to hang out in the waiting room and was offered water/coffee, but I had an appointment and wasn't anticipating the long wait.

The service was excellent as always but something must be done about the wait time without the use of a loaner car! A shuttle service is great but when you have errands to run during the day, you don’t want to be stuck at home for three hours waiting for the car to get ready. Then get picked up and go back to your car and then go do your errands,just to much time wasted! I still wouldn’t go anywhere else to have my vehicle repaired because you’re the best!

I got a call regarding air cabin filter and engine air filter change out….and price seemed high. So I refused the service. I checked my filters when I got home and they still look new. I know my truck had 19,000 miles but did not need filters changed. I know everything is driven By mileage.

Customer service was great. I’ve been into Bill Dodge service three times with my truck. I had a different service advisor each time. I asked approximately how long I should expect to wait. I got an honest accurate estimate each time. Conversely, my truck has an issue since I bought it (23 months ago) with the display. I’ve had problems with the display failing to start, losing connection or failing to update music with Sirius and recently my navigation display fails and the main display switches over to music screen. I bought a Garmin because I can’t count on my system working correctly. GMC has a failure in software or something the dealership can’t fix. No excuse for this at company level. Not Bill Dodges fault but this seemed like an appropriate place to put it out there. I know I’m not the only one. Great job with Bill Dodge service but GMC needs to give them something to work with.

The service team was very attentive and kept me informed about the status of my truck.

The dealership personnel were courteous and helpful. GMC not so much. It was very frustrating to be without the safe use of a vehicle that expensive for that much time. Without the use of cameras and safety features you become reliant on we broke a mirror off and had spend a thousand dollars to get it repaired. It would have been a nice gesture to have done the repair at cost. We travelled 60 miles one way multiple times to get this problem resolved at our expense. Not happy.

I would have given a 5 star, but the Sales/parts person I spoke to on 5/11 at 9:15 am (?Sean) indicated he would make sure the tires I wanted were ordered for my appointment on 5/18 at 7:45 am. However, when I got to the dealership, the tires I wanted were not ordered. Ashley was very helpful and offered three options similar to the tires I wanted, and the service was able to continue for that day. Ashley demonstrated exceptional customer service not only to me, but I witnessed her strong service with other customers. She is a keeper.

Got me in even without an appointment and was able to fix my flat, and do a lot of other services that needed to be done.

I received a free first oil change, DEF fill, tire rotation and multi-check for my 2026 diesel Sierra 1500. Found out the DEF and tire rotation were not addressed so had them complete the order. On the way home the tire pressure monitor was way off their recommended levels. I had to return to the dealer days later to have this reset. A 15 mile drive each way. Now I question if the oil and filter change has been actually completed!

Dropped vehicle off on Monday never heard from someone till Friday when a message was left at 4:30 saying the keys were in the sales office. No paper work was left with the truck had to call and asked what was actually done on the vehicle. The app was never updated all week long it said in service. Even after picking up the truck the app still said in service. Why have the app when you don't use it.

Needed new key fob. Covered under extended warranty. Appt was on time, service was completed on time and customer service was very good.

My breaks let go at a campsite. I had the truck towed there and they fit me into their schedule so that I had the truck back in time to check-out. I really appreciate the extra effort that Darren put in to find a spot for us and also found that it was covered by warranty! I was so pleased that I did not owe anything when I picked it up! What a blessing! This made our summer camping vacation end on a very high note! Average experience. Went in for an oil change covered by warranty. Arrived on time and was advised it would take an hour. 1.5 hours later received an email that job was complete. Was handed keys and left dealership.

Daniel Talmatch was one of my first calls when my car was totaled and I needed to get into another vehicle. He went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more grateful. It was such a terrible time and getting into my new car was a light at the end of the tunnel. The way the staff took care of us was outstanding and my husband and I will be back in the future. Darren took the extra time to explain the benefits of a 10 point inspection and I decided to add it. the inspection revealed that I hadn't changed the oil in the front and rear differentials and I will do that soon. it was great that the starter I needed was in stock so I got the job done quickly. excellent service and friendly staff. Got me in the next morning when I called. other places were booked several days out. allowed me to continue my trip.

Brought my truck in for a warranty claim and was supposedly fixed, I drove it off the lot and the engine light popped right back on, naturally I called the next morning as the service was closed when I picked it up to let them know, I took it back to get scanned and it popped up with multiple codes and was told he would call me the following day, I've left voice messages, responded to the bill text and e mail I received and still have not heard a word from them!

Ashley was super flexible and helpful with setting up my appointment. I needed to drop the car off early and pick it up late because I was going out of town.

Given that I informed the dealer what I wanted done ahead of time I should have been given an approximate timeframe to complete the work. My appointment was 9am without an expected completion time. I was there for 3-1/2 hours to install a Tonneau cover, balance and rotate my tires, and replace an air "cannister" whatever that is. I am underwhelmed by the service experience.

I trust Bill Dodge Buick to take good care of my aging vehicle. The service techs are knowledgeable and user-friendly.

The timing for completion and when ready for pick was not communicated well. Was instructed to pick up vehicle the next morning when they open and had to sit approximately 3hrs to actually receive vehicle back.

Your service department is good to deal with and communicate well with clients. Unfortunately I can not say the same about GMC as I have had a continuing issue with peeling of the front grill of my 2024 GMC Ultimate Denali 2500. Your service department replaced it last year and it needs to be replaced again but GMC will not replace it without charging me almost $1,500. Considering I spent over $100,000 on it and it is less then 3 years old I am no impressed. As a matter of fact I am currently looking to sell it if that is the service I get from the manufacturer.

I had a 8:45 appointment to refix a problem your tech caused. It turned into a 5 hour "drop off"!!! Having worked in the tire business, balancing tires should've taken an hour AT MOST! On top of that, i was informed my rear pads and rotors were in severe need of replacement. Yet, the tech didn't see that when they installed the tires three weeks ago???? They couldn't have gotten that bad in three weeks as it wasn't driven much since due to the balancing issue you caused. At the end, we were told the Acadia was ready and would be washed up by the time we got there. That didn't happen either; it was STILL waiting in line! All I got from this experience was a bunch of lame excuses as to why it took so long and no apologies. It was there because your tech screwed up in the first place!

Everyone was friendly and kept us informed of the progress of service. Service went into overtime and technicians were not able to remove fuel filter service cap. This led to replacing the whole fuel filter housing. Additional cost!! What was suppose to be an hour and half operation ended up being in excess of 4 hours. Your waiting room with the TV on a loop was very boring please make different channels available. Especially for your extended stay customers.

Very accommodating and thorough! Darren DiPietrantonio was very helpful and fit me in to a tight schedule.I sat amongst great Buicks in the sun filled show room enjoying a coffee, great reading material and quiet time. Thank you!

The new rear camera that was installed was subpar. Lacked capabilities of camera that it replaced. It also shows rear bumper rather than objects behind car. Manager on site verified installation was correct and that it was a new model. He offered to contact GMC to request compensation. Waiting to hear back.

Helpful and respectful Good sense of humer

Very happy to say it looks like my truck is fixed. While it was being serviced I was kept informed every step of the way and the crack service team and management did a great job in diagnosing and fixing the problem.

Alivia was so upbeat and cheerful and checked in with us during our wait.

The Service Advisor went above and beyond to help me get through my points and credits to help lower the bill. The Service was done completely to my satisfaction. Great Experience overall.

Even when he had to repeat something to us, he did it with a smile. Never once did he make us feel like we were wasting his time. As a matter of fact, I found all your office personnel extreme helpful ............and happy! They had constant smiles on their faces and were willing to help us with any questions that might pop up. Detail was okay, on the surface the vehicle looks very clean but there is still food under the third row flap from the previous owners prior to purchase of the vehicle at Bill Dodge (my kids have never sat back there and there is old food / snacks that they don’t eat). I am also waiting on a replacement part for the AC vent at purchase of vehicle and never heard back from the used dealership while my vehicle was there for service, was hoping to have this installed at the same time and left a message. Communication regarding the service progress was great.

My assumption the service care/repair was as good quality as always. However the wait time of 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation was absolutely unacceptable. When I have my other GMC vehicle serviced while in Fl I am in and out in less than an hour. Perhaps you are over booking your schedule.
