It took me three weeks to get an appointment, which is totally understandable. I brought my truck in for a park switch sensor and an oil leak. I dropped it off on a Monday, didn’t hear anything. Tuesday rolls around didn’t hear anything called Tuesday afternoon. Was told I would get a call back as soon as my service advisor was free, never got the call. I called Wednesday morning and was rather agitated because I used the truck as a plow truck and it had snowed, the girl told me she would have someone call me right back, never heard anything I had to reach back out. They changed the park switch sensor and told me that my oil filter had been loose and that was leaking oil. About four days after getting my truck back from Bill Dodge my low oil light came on. Which means they tightened the filter but never even checked the oil level itself. I hate to be one to complain but honestly not a very good experience at the Bill Dodge service center.

I dropped my car off at 7:30 am, drank coffee in the waiting area until they diagnosed the issues and quoted the work necessary to receive a state inspection. Then I was given a shuttle ride home, while another shuttle brought me back later that afternoon when the work was completed. Great service Bill Dodge! See you next time.

It was a bad experience.Nobody got back to me telling me what was wrong with my vehicle for 7 days I stopped in to find out what was going on. I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes after talking with the guy at the front desk, then I went in and saw him, he told me the same thing. The I went in and spoke with him again. He told me the same thing he didn't know what was going on. So I left, I went back 5 more days later.\n Which was Christmas Eve? You said I needed a Part And would\n I like to order it. I said yes. I needed fixed Which I would've thought he would've called me.\n To discuss this, but I stopped in and he told me then 7 more days.\n He text me and said the truck was ready. So I waited for my truck for about 3 weeks. I'm just thinking if you pay forty seven dollars a day for a truck service would be a little better than that

I received progress updates on my phone while I waited including a video from the mechanic of the free multipoint inspection he did in addition to the oil change that was performed. Initially came in to have key finished off and asked if the filter located behind glovebox could be changed. Manual said to remove 4 screws but could only see 2 screws. Guy that did it found a nest and at least 3 dead mice. It was a gross, smelly, nasty mess. Thank God there weren't any live ones!! Also, got a call that a good friend was in hospital dying. This info was conveyed and they got me out of there as quickly as possible. Came back 2 days later as touch screen wasn't showing view I like for radio stations and that was also quickly dealt with. Employees are polite, gracious, knowledgeable and patient. Excellent experience.

Many GM 4X4 truck do not have a 4L transfer case now. A Truck needs 4L Please fix this ASAP. Save the single speed Transfer case for the SUVs.

I purchased mud flaps from Bill Dodge and was advised by the service department that the installation cost would be approximately $35. Based on that information, I scheduled an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I was charged $315 for the installation. This charge was significantly higher than what I was quoted and was never communicated to me in advance. Had I been given accurate pricing information, I would have chosen to have the installation completed elsewhere at a much lower cost. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of transparency and the poor communication regarding this matter.

The service was excellent as always but something must be done about the wait time without the use of a loaner car! A shuttle service is great but when you have errands to run during the day, you don’t want to be stuck at home for three hours waiting for the car to get ready. Then get picked up and go back to your car and then go do your errands,just to much time wasted! I still wouldn’t go anywhere else to have my vehicle repaired because you’re the best!
