My car had issues while I was driving and needed to be towed in. Ashley got me prioritized in their service queue and my car was fixed by the end of the next day. She didn’t have a loaner available but she got me setup with a rental from enterprise who came to pick me up. It took me three weeks to get an appointment, which is totally understandable. I brought my truck in for a park switch sensor and an oil leak. I dropped it off on a Monday, didn’t hear anything. Tuesday rolls around didn’t hear anything called Tuesday afternoon. Was told I would get a call back as soon as my service advisor was free, never got the call. I called Wednesday morning and was rather agitated because I used the truck as a plow truck and it had snowed, the girl told me she would have someone call me right back, never heard anything I had to reach back out. They changed the park switch sensor and told me that my oil filter had been loose and that was leaking oil. About four days after getting my truck back from Bill Dodge my low oil light came on. Which means they tightened the filter but never even checked the oil level itself. I hate to be one to complain but honestly not a very good experience at the Bill Dodge service center.

I had a great car buying experience with Jillian Croteau! She is very knowledgable and just the kind of salesperson I was looking for (no pressure and realistic!). I would recommend her -and already have - to all of my friends.

My salesperson was great to deal with as he listened to my concerns and went above his duties to make sure i got what i wanted in a truck, he kept me up to date on everything until i picked it up. the only thing i wish was if the dealership gave a hat or key chain away or items wish the new purchase of a new vehicle. I realize that your dealership is dealing with a lack of staffing as is many businesses but 2 hours is a little excessive for a customer to have to sit in the customer service waiting area. Perhaps I’m incorrect with your staffing issues but I do hope that was the case. Merry Christmas to the entire Staff at Bill Dodge GMC!

They are always prompt and very helpful to my every day needs of my vehicle. I have always had my vehicle serviced at Bill Dodge GMC service since buying the vehicle. I would not take it anywhere else.

I dropped my car off at 7:30 am, drank coffee in the waiting area until they diagnosed the issues and quoted the work necessary to receive a state inspection. Then I was given a shuttle ride home, while another shuttle brought me back later that afternoon when the work was completed. Great service Bill Dodge! See you next time.

It was a bad experience.Nobody got back to me telling me what was wrong with my vehicle for 7 days I stopped in to find out what was going on. I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes after talking with the guy at the front desk, then I went in and saw him, he told me the same thing. The I went in and spoke with him again. He told me the same thing he didn't know what was going on. So I left, I went back 5 more days later.\n Which was Christmas Eve? You said I needed a Part And would\n I like to order it. I said yes. I needed fixed Which I would've thought he would've called me.\n To discuss this, but I stopped in and he told me then 7 more days.\n He text me and said the truck was ready. So I waited for my truck for about 3 weeks. I'm just thinking if you pay forty seven dollars a day for a truck service would be a little better than that

Initially came in to have key finished off and asked if the filter located behind glovebox could be changed. Manual said to remove 4 screws but could only see 2 screws. Guy that did it found a nest and at least 3 dead mice. It was a gross, smelly, nasty mess. Thank God there weren't any live ones!! Also, got a call that a good friend was in hospital dying. This info was conveyed and they got me out of there as quickly as possible. Came back 2 days later as touch screen wasn't showing view I like for radio stations and that was also quickly dealt with. Employees are polite, gracious, knowledgeable and patient. Excellent experience.

My appt was at 8:00. One tire sensor had to be replaced. I didn’t get out of there until 9:45. Your paper work says pick-up at 10:39. Long wait for sensor replacement. And why was I charged for 2 labor charges.

Bill Dodge was welcoming. Jillian was the best to work with. She was very informative and knowledgeable about the GMC Sierra Denali. Would gladly recommend her yo any one looking at Bill Dodge and I'd do repeat business with her.

They provided me a loaner to do some shopping during a repair that was expected to take two hours. When I returned from shopping after about an hour and a half, I was very pleased to find that the service was already done.

The service advisor was very nice and the service performed was done in a timely manner. I received progress updates on my phone while I waited including a video from the mechanic of the free multipoint inspection he did in addition to the oil change that was performed. Overall it was a very professional experience.

I've been dealing with Bill Dodge for 30 years and this was the best service I've ever experienced at Bill Dodge or any dealer, and I've bought a lot of cars over the years!

I had been working start for two days and they were so great to change up my oil change so I could get it done and go home.

Took less time than estimated. Found an issue and fixed it in record time. Faster than expected.

The Dealership was great to work with, Caleb worked hard to find a truck that check all the boxes I needed. One large negative for GM, not the dealerships issue. Many GM 4X4 truck do not have a 4L transfer case now. A Truck needs 4L Please fix this ASAP. Save the single speed Transfer case for the SUVs.

Excellent service all the way around the directory when you first call in is confusing for first time customers but that’s about it all the mechanics and service managers were all great

Not happy with the price I had to pay way to much for the SD card $626.34 at your shop I found them to be around $250.00 on the internet i feal like your company charges to much for the S D card . I will not be coming back to your company to by a car or truck or service a gan. I have had trouble to maney times

Had a recall and Bill Dodge scheduled me and had it finished in no time.

Jillian was extremely helpful and she understood what process i felt comfortable with. I knew what i wanted and what i could afford. She hit a homerun. From initial point of contact to final deal was just a few emails and text messages and everything was done. All i had to do in person was sign and drive. Perfect

The service was excellent as always but something must be done about the wait time without the use of a loaner car! A shuttle service is great but when you have errands to run during the day, you don’t want to be stuck at home for three hours waiting for the car to get ready. Then get picked up and go back to your car and then go do your errands,just to much time wasted! I still wouldn’t go anywhere else to have my vehicle repaired because you’re the best!

Flawless - from start to finish! This was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience in 40 years! Jillian heard us and worked FOR us to get the vehicle we needed at a vwry fair price.

I purchased mud flaps from Bill Dodge and was advised by the service department that the installation cost would be approximately $35. Based on that information, I scheduled an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I was charged $315 for the installation. This charge was significantly higher than what I was quoted and was never communicated to me in advance. Had I been given accurate pricing information, I would have chosen to have the installation completed elsewhere at a much lower cost. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of transparency and the poor communication regarding this matter.

My service appointment was complimentary because I purchased the extended plan, but an oil change and tire rotation was an hour and twenty minutes. Yes, I was able to hang out in the waiting room and was offered water/coffee, but I had an appointment and wasn't anticipating the long wait.

The woman at service desk greeted me with a smile the minute I walked in. She was very informative on process and kept me updated. Service was completed in the time expected.

Average experience. Went in for an oil change covered by warranty. Arrived on time and was advised it would take an hour. 1.5 hours later received an email that job was complete. Was handed keys and left dealership.
