Best experience ever buying a new truck. 2 hours I was driving away can’t thank everyone there enough.

It took me three weeks to get an appointment, which is totally understandable. I brought my truck in for a park switch sensor and an oil leak. I dropped it off on a Monday, didn’t hear anything. Tuesday rolls around didn’t hear anything called Tuesday afternoon. Was told I would get a call back as soon as my service advisor was free, never got the call. I called Wednesday morning and was rather agitated because I used the truck as a plow truck and it had snowed, the girl told me she would have someone call me right back, never heard anything I had to reach back out. They changed the park switch sensor and told me that my oil filter had been loose and that was leaking oil. About four days after getting my truck back from Bill Dodge my low oil light came on. Which means they tightened the filter but never even checked the oil level itself. I hate to be one to complain but honestly not a very good experience at the Bill Dodge service center.

I had a great car buying experience with Jillian Croteau! She is very knowledgable and just the kind of salesperson I was looking for (no pressure and realistic!). I would recommend her -and already have - to all of my friends.

My appt was at 8:00. One tire sensor had to be replaced. I didn’t get out of there until 9:45. Your paper work says pick-up at 10:39. Long wait for sensor replacement. And why was I charged for 2 labor charges.

Excellent, fast, and very friendly service. I expected the service to take several days, but, the vehicle was ready the next morning. Steve, the Service Manager was very professional and friendly. I've been dealing with Bill Dodge for 30 years and this was the best service I've ever experienced at Bill Dodge or any dealer, and I've bought a lot of cars over the years!

They are always prompt and very helpful to my every day needs of my vehicle. I have always had my vehicle serviced at Bill Dodge GMC service since buying the vehicle. I would not take it anywhere else.

I dropped my car off at 7:30 am, drank coffee in the waiting area until they diagnosed the issues and quoted the work necessary to receive a state inspection. Then I was given a shuttle ride home, while another shuttle brought me back later that afternoon when the work was completed. Great service Bill Dodge! See you next time.

It was a bad experience.Nobody got back to me telling me what was wrong with my vehicle for 7 days I stopped in to find out what was going on. I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes after talking with the guy at the front desk, then I went in and saw him, he told me the same thing. The I went in and spoke with him again. He told me the same thing he didn't know what was going on. So I left, I went back 5 more days later.\n Which was Christmas Eve? You said I needed a Part And would\n I like to order it. I said yes. I needed fixed Which I would've thought he would've called me.\n To discuss this, but I stopped in and he told me then 7 more days.\n He text me and said the truck was ready. So I waited for my truck for about 3 weeks. I'm just thinking if you pay forty seven dollars a day for a truck service would be a little better than that

Always very through

Jillian was extremely helpful and she understood what process i felt comfortable with. I knew what i wanted and what i could afford. She hit a homerun. From initial point of contact to final deal was just a few emails and text messages and everything was done. All i had to do in person was sign and drive. Perfect

My car had issues while I was driving and needed to be towed in. Ashley got me prioritized in their service queue and my car was fixed by the end of the next day. She didn’t have a loaner available but she got me setup with a rental from enterprise who came to pick me up. Ashley did a great job communicating with me despite the high volume of cars coming in that

Lucas LaMontagne continues to shine as a Service Advisor! demonstrating a strong knowledge of the product and professionalism. I realize that your dealership is dealing with a lack of staffing as is many businesses but 2 hours is a little excessive for a customer to have to sit in the customer service waiting area. Perhaps I’m incorrect with your staffing issues but I do hope that was the case. Merry Christmas to the entire Staff at Bill Dodge GMC!

Initially came in to have key finished off and asked if the filter located behind glovebox could be changed. Manual said to remove 4 screws but could only see 2 screws. Guy that did it found a nest and at least 3 dead mice. It was a gross, smelly, nasty mess. Thank God there weren't any live ones!! Also, got a call that a good friend was in hospital dying. This info was conveyed and they got me out of there as quickly as possible. Came back 2 days later as touch screen wasn't showing view I like for radio stations and that was also quickly dealt with. Employees are polite, gracious, knowledgeable and patient. Excellent experience.

Flawless - from start to finish! This was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience in 40 years! Jillian heard us and worked FOR us to get the vehicle we needed at a vwry fair price.

I purchased mud flaps from Bill Dodge and was advised by the service department that the installation cost would be approximately $35. Based on that information, I scheduled an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I was charged $315 for the installation. This charge was significantly higher than what I was quoted and was never communicated to me in advance. Had I been given accurate pricing information, I would have chosen to have the installation completed elsewhere at a much lower cost. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of transparency and the poor communication regarding this matter.

Smooth easy

They provided me a loaner to do some shopping during a repair that was expected to take two hours. When I returned from shopping after about an hour and a half, I was very pleased to find that the service was already done.

Took less time than estimated. Found an issue and fixed it in record time. Faster than expected.

Everyone is so helpful and courteous they explain everything.

David is an excellent representative for Bill Dodge. I found him to be trustworthy, authentic, and just genuinely real. He worked hard to meet our needs within our timeline, which isn’t always easy when coordinating a trade in and securing financing. Everyone I interacted with, from submitting my online form, to Luis who was genuine and helpful, and Eric who helped solidify the deal, impressed me with their service. This is a relationship business, and Bill Dodge delivered. We will absolutely be repeat customers.

The service was excellent as always but something must be done about the wait time without the use of a loaner car! A shuttle service is great but when you have errands to run during the day, you don’t want to be stuck at home for three hours waiting for the car to get ready. Then get picked up and go back to your car and then go do your errands,just to much time wasted! I still wouldn’t go anywhere else to have my vehicle repaired because you’re the best!

The Dealership was great to work with, Caleb worked hard to find a truck that check all the boxes I needed. One large negative for GM, not the dealerships issue. Many GM 4X4 truck do not have a 4L transfer case now. A Truck needs 4L Please fix this ASAP. Save the single speed Transfer case for the SUVs.

Not happy with the price I had to pay way to much for the SD card $626.34 at your shop I found them to be around $250.00 on the internet i feal like your company charges to much for the S D card . I will not be coming back to your company to by a car or truck or service a gan. I have had trouble to maney times

Had Ashley as a service advisor she was great got us in on time and out on time, listened to our concerns and did exactly as we asked!! The only two things I’m not crazy about is the new phone system and the loaner system that is in place.

Average experience. Went in for an oil change covered by warranty. Arrived on time and was advised it would take an hour. 1.5 hours later received an email that job was complete. Was handed keys and left dealership.

My service appointment was complimentary because I purchased the extended plan, but an oil change and tire rotation was an hour and twenty minutes. Yes, I was able to hang out in the waiting room and was offered water/coffee, but I had an appointment and wasn't anticipating the long wait.

And made the process simple and kept us in the fall throughout the process

My breaks let go at a campsite. I had the truck towed there and they fit me into their schedule so that I had the truck back in time to check-out. I really appreciate the extra effort that Darren put in to find a spot for us and also found that it was covered by warranty! I was so pleased that I did not owe anything when I picked it up! What a blessing! This made our summer camping vacation end on a very high note! I received a free first oil change, DEF fill, tire rotation and multi-check for my 2026 diesel Sierra 1500. Found out the DEF and tire rotation were not addressed so had them complete the order. On the way home the tire pressure monitor was way off their recommended levels. I had to return to the dealer days later to have this reset. A 15 mile drive each way. Now I question if the oil and filter change has been actually completed!

Your service department is good to deal with and communicate well with clients. Unfortunately I can not say the same about GMC as I have had a continuing issue with peeling of the front grill of my 2024 GMC Ultimate Denali 2500. Your service department replaced it last year and it needs to be replaced again but GMC will not replace it without charging me almost $1,500. Considering I spent over $100,000 on it and it is less then 3 years old I am no impressed. As a matter of fact I am currently looking to sell it if that is the service I get from the manufacturer.
